What is Business Extra?
Business Extra is the brand name of our Business Benefits product.
It is the culmination of many years of business experience, in a product which is designed to make your business easier to run, more competitive, and above all more profitable.
Our aim is to provide our members with benefits which not only save them the membership fee many times over, but also puts them on a business level which means that they can compete with larger companies on a more level footing.

Why should I join?
There are many reasons to join Business Extra. Some companies join for just one or two of the benefits, for example to reduce their commercial premises insurance, or to reduce their courier costs - sometimes by as much as 70%.
Others join for the personal benefits, and the Employee Benefits, as it is a very cost effective way to offer benefits to the employees of a small company, without it costing the company large amounts of money.

Why is the membership fee so low?
We want to be able to offer the benefits to as many small companies as possible.
We want people to save money, the more members we have, the more member benefits we can offer. By approaching large companies looking for an exclusive discount, or rate or price, the more members we have the larger the leverage we have.
This then has a knock on effect, as the more benefits we offer - the more people join, and the more people that join, the larger the leverage.

How will it save me money?
You can save pounds on courier costs, insurance costs, the cost of a new car or van for the business, or use your membership to reduce your costs on a personal contract hire car for your spouse, or employees.
You can save on your commercial or home business insurance, car rental and travel insurance.

How will it lower my overheads?
The benefits that we offer are connected with the every day running of a small business. Daily savings on insurance, couriers, credit transactions.
They are not benefits that you may never use, they are benefits, discounts and offers, on products and services that you use on a day to day basis.

What do I get for my membership fee?
You get all of the benefits listed within the web site. (subject to status)
You also get your own unique password for access to the members only area of the Business Extra web site. The members area contains full details of all benefits, and how to take advantage of them.
You will receive all of the neccessary application forms for services which require an account, or some kind of documentation.
On request, we shall provide you with application packs for Consumer Credit Licence application, invoice factoring, debt collection, credit checking and other registration services documentation.
We will give you a national rate phone number and direct email address, which during office hours will be manned and ready to assist with Business Extra enquiries, membership enquiries, and assistance with completing forms, and applying for accounts.

What is the registration fee for?
This is a joining fee, it pays for the admininstration costs in the setting up of your membership, addition of your details to the back end web site database, and the initial costs in administering your membership.
It also pays for the production and distribution of the new quarterly newsletters and email updates which provide information on new benefits, deals and offers, plus important business information.

What happens when new Tools, Services and Products are introduced?
This is one of the most beautiful elements of Business Extra, because we are constantly looking for new benefits to offer our members, the number of benefits constantly grows. There would be little point in us working so hard to arrange special deals, if we did not then pass them on.
Therefore, every member gains instant access to any new benefits as soon as they become a membership benefit.
We shall post all new services on the web site, inform you by email, and include it in the quarterly newsletter.

Will I save more than my membership cost me?
This is an open ended question, we would love to offer a money back guarantee, but with the number of benefits that we offer, it would be very difficult to verify a claim, but we are sure that you will appreciate that with the number of benefits on offer, you would actually have to try very hard NOT to save your membership.
We want you to save a lot more than just your membership fee, we want you to renew at the end of each year, we want you to recommend us to businesses that you deal with, business clients that you supply, and neighbouring businesses in your town.
One thing that we would suggest is that if you are worried about saving the membership fee, get in touch with us, tell us a little about your business, and we shall show you which services will save you money.

Can I use every Product and Service?
YES, there may be some restrictions on certain products, but in general there is no limit to how much you may use each product or service, in fact, the more that you use them, the better they get.

What do I do if someone I know wants to join?
Full details are available in the members only area of the site. We even reward you for recommending Business Extra.
In return for promoting Business Extra, we shall issue a cheque to you for £25.00 for each new member that you recommend.
There is no limit to the number of recommendations that you can make, or the number of £25.00 cheques that you may claim in return for each of those recommendations.
To qualify for the cheque, the new member MUST quote your membership number at the time of joining.

Business Extra Gold is explained fully on its own page, but in short, it is the cheapest way to get a simple web presence for your company.
We provide a domain name, web design of a one page advert including full contact details for your company, hosting, site management, email forwarding, all for a very low additional cost.

What are Employee Benefits?
We want everyone to benefit from the discounts, offers and benefits which we have arranged for members, therefore at NO additional cost to your company, all of our associate companies who offer personal products, have agreed to offer them to employees of a member company.
To benefit from an offer, they must simply use the employee reference number which we will issue with your membership pack.
As with your membership, they may use as many of the services as they wish, and as many times as they wish where appropriate.
We believe this to be the first time that benefits of any membership of this type have been offered at no additional cost, to all employees, whether they be part or full time.
